Posted on May 22, 2026

Jiranda White, AVID teacher at Roulhac Middle School in Chipley, Florida and eleven of her AVID students recently spent time in Studio B, the media production facility on the campus of Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley, to film a series of video clips expounding the virtues of the AVID program, as seen in the video clips (below).

On January 23, 2019, Roulhac hosted a showcase, inviting the Washington County School District representatives, including Superintendent of Schools Joe Taylor, along with regional educators and school staff and administration from neighboring counties, to view the finished product.

On Wednesday, May 22, 2019, the students, accompanied by teachers, Roulhac Principal Nancy Holley and Washington County Superintendent of School Joe Taylor, said ‘Thank you’ to Paul Goulding and Studio B with a plaque and recognition for the effort.

‘We want to thank Mr. Goulding for his time and passion in working with our students’, said Jiranda White on Wednesday, ‘and we appreciate our partnership with Florida Panhandle Technical College and the resources that they bring to bear in the accomplishment of our goals’.
