Part 1- Around this time each year, Washington County, Florida School District gears up for the annual ‘Teacher of the Year’, ‘Rookie Teacher of the Year’ and ‘Support Person of the Year’ awards, inclusive of all schools in the district, and this year, for the inaugural ‘Principle of the Year’.
To that end, the Television Production and Digital Video Technology Programs at Florida Panhandle Technical College, under the direction of Instructor Paul Goulding, start the process of interviewing students, supervisors, coworkers and others within the school system, to say a few kind words about each nominee, as seen in these ‘behind the scenes’ photos taken during taping sessions for the 2025-2026 TOY Celebration on December 17, 2025.
