During the stop, Bickel informed deputies that he had a methamphetamine pipe located under the driver’s seat. Deputies located the pipe as described. A further search of Bickel’s person revealed additional drug paraphernalia.
Bickel was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
