Daily & monthly cold records have already been broken AGAIN! Dangerous wind chills & sub-freezing temps will continue into mid-morning, then gradual warming starts today as highs climb all the way to the 50s.

There is a high risk of rip currents in rough 3-6 ft surf at the beaches, and boating conditions in the Atlantic waters remain poor to hazardous.
