A changeable weekend is coming up, split down the middle by a sharp cold front on Saturday night.
Warm temperatures and coastal fog will continue in the meantime. Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible on Saturday, with strong wind gusts being the main concern.
Following the front on Sunday, strong northerly winds are expected, including gale-force gusts over the Gulf waters.
Monday afternoon will feature temperatures that will be 20-30 degrees colder than on Saturday. Tuesday morning will start with a widespread freeze and/or frost. Hang on for the ride!
