The U.S. Marshals Task Force, including members of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, arrest an out of state fugitive wanted on charges involving sexual assault of a child.
At 5:30 am Friday, a search warrant was done on Mussett Bayou Court for Pablo Rocco Forenza.
Forenza had nationwide extradition warrants out of Grand Junction, Colorado for sexual assault on a child, sexual exploitation of a child, and possession of sexual exploitative material.
Forenza, who calls himself a sovereign citizen, surrendered at the residence and was taken into custody without incident. His vehicle was present and had a fictitious license plate displayed.
He was taken to the Walton County Jail and is awaiting extradition back to Colorado.
