Posted on June 25, 2026

Innovations Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Tricia Cottle to Director of Training and Organizational Development.

Cottle has been a valued member of the Innovations team since 2007 and has brought nearly two decades of experience serving members, supporting team members, and leading branch operations. Throughout her tenure, she has held several leadership positions, including Branch Manager of the Callaway branch and most recently Senior Branch Manager of the Harrison Avenue branch.

The newly created Director of Training and Organizational Development position reflects Innovations’ ongoing commitment to investing in its team members and strengthening the organization’s long-term growth. As the credit union continues to expand, the role will focus on creating greater consistency across all locations.

“Over the years, we’ve received valuable feedback from team members about the need for additional training, development opportunities, and consistency throughout the organization,” said Scott Gladden, President and CEO of Innovations Financial Credit Union. “This position is a direct response to that feedback. We heard our team, and we’re making an investment in their success. Tricia is the perfect person to lead these efforts because she understands our culture, our operations, and most importantly, our people.”

Cottle brings extensive credit union knowledge, deep expertise in Innovations’ systems, policies, and procedures, and experience as a certified Integrity Trainer. Her background and leadership experience uniquely position her to support employee development while helping ensure a consistent experience for both team members and members across the credit union’s growing footprint.

“Tricia has spent her career helping people grow,” said David Powell, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Innovations Financial Credit Union. “She is one of the most knowledgeable team members in our organization and has earned the respect of her peers through her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to excellence. This role allows her to share that knowledge on a larger scale and help build the next generation of leaders at Innovations.”

In her new role, Cottle will oversee organizational training and development initiatives while continuing to serve as a resource for branch and lending teams throughout the organization.

“I’m honored to take on this new opportunity,” said Cottle. “Innovations has invested in me throughout my career, and I’m excited to help support the growth and development of our team members. When our people succeed, our members benefit, and that’s something I’m passionate about.”

Cottle’s promotion represents another step in Innovations’ commitment to creating opportunities for employee growth while ensuring the credit union remains focused on delivering exceptional service to members throughout Northwest Florida.
