Joyce Keldie, 73, of Chipley, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, at Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida.
Joyce was born on October 27, 1952, in Columbus, Georgia, to R. Parker and Geraldine Quinley. She loved reading and was an avid NASCAR fan. She also enjoyed watching Below Deck and spending time thrift shopping in search of hidden treasures. Above all, Joyce loved her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Quinley.
She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Dave Keldie of Chipley, Florida; her father, Marvin Quinley (Judy) of Columbus, Georgia; her son, Michael Westbrook of Chipley, Florida; her daughters, Stephanie Matos (Paul) of Dacula, Georgia, Dianna Lucas (Robert) of Phenix City, Alabama, and Brandy Givens (Jon) of Dothan, Alabama; her brother-in-law, Reed Alexander Keldie (Carmen) of Aurora, Illinois; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory of Chipley, Florida, in charge of arrangements.
