Tina M. Starling, age 66, passed on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026 at her home in Santa Rosa Beach. She was born on March 12th, 1960 in Chipley, FL to the late William and Shelby Jean (Hutchins) West.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter Candace Beck and her grandparents, Johnnie B. Hutchins and Ida B. Hutchins.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Theodore “Ray” Starling, sons, Ronald Beck and wife Gail, Bradley Beck, daughters, Amelie Starling, Angelina Starling and 6 grandsons. She is also survived by her sister, Diann Sanchez and husband James, brothers, Allen West and Glen Stewart.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11A.M. Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Glenwood Cemetery in Chipley, Florida with Pastor Jack Frost officiating.
