The Bay County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of three individuals for their roles in two sexual batteries.
Kevon Ricardo Ferguson, age 24, of Panama City Beach was arrested for Sexual Battery, Maurice Osborne Davidson, age 34, of Panama City Beach was arrested for Principal to Sexual Battery, and Jamone Nicholas Wallace, age 25, of Panama City Beach was arrested for Sexual Battery.
On the evening of April 12th, the two victims met Ferguson, Davidson, and Wallace at a local establishment in Panama City. The two victims were later invited to a residence on Panama City Beach where they again met with the three defendants. Once at the residence, Davidson began having consensual sex with one of the victims in a bedroom. At that time, Ferguson entered the bedroom, at which time the victim expressed she did not want to have any sexual relations with him. Despite her stance, Ferguson approached the victim for oral sex. As he stood exposed in front of her, Davidson forced her head towards Ferguson which resulted in oral sex against the victim’s will.
As this was occurring, a second victim was approached several times by Wallace who continued making advances towards her. The victim on more than one occasion told him, “No,” and pushed him away. The victim then retreated to a bathroom, where Wallace followed her and forced her to perform oral sex on him.
Investigators from the Criminal Investigations Division responded and investigated the incident, which led to all three individuals being arrested and transported to the Bay County Jail.
Sheriff Ford would like to express his appreciation for the partnership with the Gulf Coast Sexual Assault Program who assisted with the investigation.
