Pamela Ann Cowley, age 68, of Panama City, Florida passed away April 24, 2025, at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay, Florida. She was born February 25, 1957, in Traverse City, Michigan to the late George Retkovske and Bonnie Bigneil Retkovske. In addition to her parents, Ms. Cowley was preceded in death by one son, Justin Williams and one sister, Yvonne ‘Sunnie’ Kelly.
Ms. Cowley is survived by her daughter, Tawny Williams of Panama City, FL; four grandchildren, Justin Williams, Teagan Davis, Dontell ‘DJ’ Davis, and Quinten Brown; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Deborah Marshall of Traverse City, MI; several nieces and nephews; and two extended special daughters, Yvonne ‘Nene’ Brown and Jackie Rogan. Pam was known to many throughout her lifetime as a mother and grandmother.
Memorialization was by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
