On April 29, 2025, a Holmes County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a consensual encounter with a male subject riding a bicycle along Highway 90.
The individual identified himself as J.T. Wheeler.
During the interaction, Wheeler voluntarily admitted to having methamphetamine on his person and proceeded to remove a plastic bag containing the substance from his pocket.
Wheeler was placed under arrest and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
