Washington County, Florida Sheriff Kevin Crews announces murder suspect, 40-year-old David Earl Gipson first appeared before Judge Colby Peel on additional charges this morning.
Gipson’s total charges and bond amounts are as follows:
1. Open Count of Murder: HELD WITHOUT BOND
2. Aggravated Battery on person 65 years of age or older: HELD WITHOUT BOND
3. Aggravated Battery-person uses deadly weapon: $250,000.00
4. Sexual Assault with weapon or force, victim 12yoa: HELD WITHOUT BOND
5. Crimes against person-abuse of dead human body: $250,000.00
6. Kidnap false imprisonment of adult: $250,000.00
