Jeffrey Lynn Polston, age 60 of Bonifay, Florida passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at his home in Bonifay, Florida.
Jeffrey was born on Sunday, January 10, 1965 in Chipley, Florida,
Surviving is his mother, Helen Polston Land of Bonifay, FL, brothers, Kevin Slay of Headland, AL and Teddy Polston of Bonifay, FL, sister, Lisa Slay of Panama City, FL.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his stepfather, Ronnie Slay and grandparents, Coy Lee and Flora Mae Polston.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 20, 2025 at Little Rock Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Michael Tadlock, Rev. Joe Earnest and Rev. Juno Douglas officiating. Interment will be in New Smyrna Cemetery, Bonifay, FL.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Little Rock Assembly of God Church.
