We have another Heat Advisory today as the dangerous heat and humidity continue. Highs will reach the upper 90s with heat index values of 105-112 (locally higher). Little to no nighttime relief is expected tonight with lows in the upper 70s to low 80s.
The prolonged heat with little to no relief at night means our “HeatRisk” today is Major to Extreme. Those that don’t have access to cooling or hydration or don’t take frequent breaks in the A/C are at an increased risk of heat illnesses.
