Born June 16, 1947, Dianne was one of ten children. She attended schools in Bay County, Florida and there she met her future husband Danny. They were married soon after high school and began their life journey which continued for 59 years.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Dianne was known for her warm heart, king spirit, and tireless dedication to her family. She found tremendous joy in her role as a grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her grandchildren. Whether attending school events or simply sharing stories and laughter, she was a constant and loving presence in their lives.
An avid and talented seamstress, Dianne loved sewing and often shared her creations with friends and family. Her handmade blankets, clothes, and gifts were stitched with love and will be treasured for generations. She also enjoyed working on puzzles, always patient and focused, finding joy in the little details.
For many years, she worked in the cafeteria at Millville Elementary School, where she touched the lives of countless students and teachers with her friendly smile and caring nature. Her commitment to service and community was evident in everything she did.
Dianne will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind her husband, Danny Mills Sr.; her sons, Danny Mills Jr(Kathy, Courtney, Daniel) and John Thomas “JT” Mills(Brittany, Brian, Tiffany) and her brother, Bruce Bush, as well as many great grandchildren, extended family members and dear friends. She was joyfully reunited with her daughter Karen(Steve, Krista, Steven) upon her homecoming.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 2:30 P.M.
