Holmes County, Florida County Commissioner Brandon Newsom was recently suspended from office by Governor DeSantis, and now faces more felony charges in Florida’s First Judicial Circuit Court.
Newsom was released with a $2,500 bond, stemming from charges that he used his position as a law enforcement officer to further his business as a bail bondsman in Holmes County, Florida as well as Washington County, Florida.
