Pat was born on June 23, 1955 in Panama City, Florida to Floyd E. Gay and Ida Mae McKinney. Pat enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Floyd and Ida Gay; husband: Jeff Aufenthie; brothers: Floyd E. Gay Jr., John Wayne Gay, Tommy Gay; sisters: Lois Lamb, Mary Molinaro, Linda Barfield, Marie Pettis, Joann Hare, Romona Phillips.
She is survived by her son: Roy Bush Jr. of Bruce, FL, Dennis Joe Bush of DeFuniak Springs, FL, Rex Bush of Black Creek, FL; daughters: Michelle Williamson of Bruce, FL, Suzanne Bush of Greenhead, FL; brothers: George Gay of Bruce, FL, Steve Gay of Bruce, FL; sisters: Helen Nowlin of Westville, FL, Betty Pruett of Ponce De Leon, FL, Barbara Williams Chipley, FL; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
Service will be held 11 AM Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Obert Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Presley. Interment will follow in Ebro City Cemetery. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
