Minimum Qualifications
*Master’s Degree in Nursing required; Doctorate in Nursing preferred.
*Current Florida and Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, or multi-state RN licensure required.
*Related teaching and administrative experience in a college or clinical setting preferred.
*Degree and college coursework must be from a regionally accredited college/university.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
*Valid state Driver’s License.
*Current Florida and Alabama RN licensure, or multi-state RN licensure required.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Oversee administration of the School of Health Sciences programs.
*Directly supervise the Nursing Education Unit.
*Maintain instructional and accreditation accountability for:
*Bachelor Degree Nursing (BSN)
*Associate Degree Nursing (ADN)
*Practical Nursing (PN)
*Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
*Paramedic
*Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
*Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
*Provide leadership, vision, and support for faculty, staff, and students.
