The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Peter Franklin Grey for the charge of Sexual Battery on a child under the age of 12.
43-year-old Peter Franklin Grey, a Washington County resident, is accused of having sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 12, between January 2025 and August 2025.
Washington County Sheriff’s Office was notified on August 28, 2025, of the alleged incident and immediately began an investigation.
Washington County Sheriff’s Office is currently following up on new leads and potential additional victim(s).
Peter Franklin Grey was taken into custody on August 28, 2025, at approximately 7:37 P.M. and transported to the Washington County Jail in Chipley.
Peter Franklin Grey is currently being held without bond in the Washington County Jail.
