Bomb Threat on Jackson County School Bus Determined to Be False Alarm
At approximately 3:19 p.m., the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible bomb threat involving a school bus in Jackson County.
Deputies responded immediately and secured the scene. After a thorough evaluation, it was determined that the threat was a false alarm.
Although there is no danger to the public at this time, the investigation remains ongoing. The Sheriff’s Office will continue to exercise caution while ensuring the safety of students, staff, and the community.
