In the early morning hours of September 20, 2025, deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on White Road in reference to the distribution of methamphetamine.
Upon arrival, the occupants were detained while a search of the residence was conducted. Throughout the home, deputies located methamphetamine along with various items of drug paraphernalia.
A search of a vehicle belonging to Ashley Rhodes was also conducted. Inside her purse, deputies located methamphetamine and a glass pipe commonly used for smoking methamphetamine.
It is worth noting that this same residence was the subject of a previous search warrant in May 2020 for the sale of methamphetamine.
The following individuals were arrested:
Jordan Butler — Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Maintaining a Drug House, Sale of Methamphetamine
Ashley Rhodes — Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
D’Shua Williams — Possession of Methamphetamine
All subjects were transported to the Holmes County Jail to await first appearance.
Sheriff John Tate stated, “When we continue to receive information and evidence that drugs are being sold from a residence in our community, we are going to act. The fact that this same location has been targeted in the past should send a clear message — we will not tolerate drug activity in Holmes County. Our deputies and investigators will keep working to shut down these operations and protect our citizens from the dangers of illegal narcotics.”
