Atlantic:
Tropical Storm Lorenzo is losing organization over the central Atlantic. At 11 a.m. AST, Lorenzo was located about 1,365 miles west-northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands with maximum winds near 40 mph. The storm is moving north-northeast at 14 mph and is expected to dissipate later today. No coastal watches or warnings are in effect.
Eastern Pacific:
A broad area of low pressure (Invest 91E) south of southern Mexico continues to produce disorganized showers and storms. Gradual development is possible, and a tropical depression could form later this week or over the weekend.
