Notice of Job Opening: Deputy Clerk

Compensation: Annual salary is dependent on qualifications and job experience. Employee will be enrolled with the Florida Retirement System, receive paid sick and annual leave, and have an option to have a part of the employer paid Blue Cross & Blue Shield health insurance package.

Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt, Monday- Friday, 7am-4pm

Description: The Town is currently accepting applications for Deputy Clerk. We are seeking a responsible professional with a high school diploma/ GED, or college degree (preferred, but not required), a background in billing and customer service (preferred, but not required), and the ability to record and maintain official records of the Town. Duties involve continuous public contact and require exercise of considerable independent judgement. Work is conducted in accordance with established policies and under the general supervision of the Town Manager and Town Clerk.
