The Florida Panhandle Technical College Cosmetology Program announced the 2025 Winners of the Annual Halloween Pumpkin-Decorating Contest, this year with a theme of 1980’s TV Characters’ on Thursday, October 30, 2025, as seen in these images of the three winning Cosmetology students and their handiwork by FPTC Photography students.
