West Florida Electric Cooperative proudly celebrates Holley Brown, Purchasing Agent & Executive Assistant, for earning the Cooperative Financial Professional Certificate (CFPC).
This nationally respected credential is a rigorous program designed to strengthen financial expertise within cooperatives. Brown gained valuable skills in areas such as financial analysis, equity and debt management, enterprise risk management, capital budgeting, rate design, and financial leadership.
