The Vernon, Florida High School Girls Weightlifting Team recently competed in the Girls Rural State Weightlifting Championship in Wewahitchka, Florida. Congratulations to Coach McKee and the girls, with results:
Tamia Potter- 2nd place for both Olympic and Traditional
Rashall Peterson- 6th place for Traditional
Abigail Brown- 9th place for Olympic
The team will visit Studio B, on the campus production facility of Florida Panhandle Technical College in the next couple of weeks to pose for individual and group photos, with the FPTC Photography program students.
