Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the 80-year-old victim, who reported being abused by his biological son and caregiver, Brian Chambers.
The victim stated Chambers had suffocated him numerous times throughout the night using a pillow while telling him he wished he would die.
Deputies conducted an investigation and, based on the information obtained which included Chambers admitting to putting a pillow over his face, Brian Chambers was placed under arrest and charged with Elder Abuse.
