From the Jackson County Times:
‘We used three independent judges to narrow the list to the top five based on the number of votes each of the top 10 received from the judges.
Bellamy Bridge was the only one receiving all three votes.
The three judges who were tasked with picking the top 10 pictures out of the top 100 all expressed, “this was hard.”
We felt this was fitting for the top pic in Jackson County with the history and all the stories behind Bellamy Bridge.
