Brandy was born on April 24, 1985, in St. Petersburg, Florida, to James Foster and Paulette Powers. She loved music and enjoyed listening to it and playing her instruments whenever she could. Brandy also loved dragons and wizards.
Brandy was kind, silly, funny, caring, and loving. She was always supportive of the people around her and meant a lot to those who knew her. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her father: James Foster of Panama City, FL; mother: Paula Foster of Graceville, FL; sons: Zachary Page of Panama City, FL, Noah Volpini of Bonifay, FL; brothers: Chris Foster of Graceville, FL, Paul Foster Panama City, FL; Michael and Lynn Volpini of Bonifay, FL.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
