Born Sunday, February 18, 1962 in Defuniak Springs, Florida, he was the son of the late Charles Rushing and Lois Byrd Rushing.
Surviving is his wife, Denise Taylor Rushing of Ponce de Leon, FL, daughter, Cortni Burnett of Beth page, TN, mother, Lois Byrd Rushing of Ponce de Leon, FL, brothers, Alex Marvin Rushing of Ponce de Leon, FL and Bradley Milton Rushing of Ponce de Leon, FL, sister, Anita Forehand of Westville, FL; 2 grand children Taelum Burnett and Falyn Burnett.
