Wednesday, September 24, 2025: Traffic Stop on Hwy 77
On Wednesday, September 24, officers conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 77 near Tractor Supply. During the stop, the passenger, identified as Byron Jamoul Watford, was found in possession of a large quantity of marijuana and a 9mm firearm. As a convicted felon, Watford was arrested and charged with:

Sunday, September 28, 2025 (Early Morning): Traffic Stop on Motel Drive
In the early hours of Sunday, September 28, at approximately 12:30 AM, officers performed a traffic stop on Motel Drive. A search of the vehicle revealed that the passenger, Laura Lynn Lemons, was in possession of methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana, and a glass smoking device containing methamphetamine residue. Lemons was arrested and charged with:

Sunday, September 28, 2025 (Evening): Traffic Stop on Campbellton Avenue
Later that evening, at approximately 8:24 PM, officers conducted a traffic stop on Campbellton Avenue. Bobby Earl Lee, attempted to evade police, leading officers on a brief pursuit. During the chase, Lee discarded an item, later identified as a wrapped blue cloth secured with a rubber band. Officers successfully detained Lee and recovered the discarded item, which contained a broken glass smoking device and methamphetamine. Lee was also found in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was arrested and charged with:
