Investigators with the Chipley Police Department have arrested a local resident in connection with a lewd and lascivious behavior case.
Chipley Police Department investigators took Donald C. Peterson, 70, of Chipley into custody after an investigation revealed he had exposed himself to a child under the age of 16. Peterson has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and was transported to the Washington County Jail.
