Christa Shalique White affectionally known as “Chris” answered the call to leave her earthly home on July 21st 2025 at Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida.
Chris was born in Chipley, Florida to the parentage of Katie Mae Sharpe and Nathaniel White, Sr. She was raised with love in a home with her siblings and knowing the true meaning of family.
She attended the school system in Washington County, graduating with the class of 1989 at Chipley High School. She was a very athletic young lady excelling in basketball, track and volleyball during her years.
One of Chris passions was singing and loved doing it. She enjoyed going to church and serving the Lord with all her heart. Later on in life Chris gave birth to two beautiful children that she loved unconditionally. She supported her children in all events in their life and then was blessed to became an amazing grandmother. Chris was truly a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend to all that knew her and will truly be missed.
Her memory will live on in the life of her children: Miranda Watford & Antonio Monagas; her adorable grandchildren: Kadeem Davis, Ivyion Ellison, Alasia Porter, Skylar Smith & Akear Watford along with her siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
