PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE
Due to Scheduled Maintenance/Repairs
You may experience LOW to NO WATER PRESSURE on Monday, July 14th @ 8:00 a.m.
The areas affected include: Main Street (Hwy. 77) from Glenwood Avenue north to Martin Luther King Drive and that portion of 6th Street from Main Street (Hwy. 77) to Warren Avenue.

A “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” will be in effect for your area once water is restored. THEREFORE, AS A PRECAUTION, WE ADVISE THAT ALL WATER USED FOR DRINKING, COOKING, MAKING ICE, BRUSHING TEETH, OR WASHING DISHES BE BOILED. A ROLLING BOIL OF ONE MINUTE IS SUFFICIENT. AS AN ALTERNATIVE BOTTLED WATER MAY BE USED.
This “Precautionary Boil Water” notice will remain in effect for two consecutive days until two bacteriological surveys (one per day) shows that the water is safe to drink. Please make sure to run water from an outside spigot or bathtub faucet to assure that the water has been flushed before operating appliances.
You will receive an orange doorknocker once PBWN has been lifted.
