The Greenhead, Florida Fire Department conducted some valuable training this evening by practicing three events for the September 6th Fire Games II.
Hopefully GFD will have TWO teams in this year’s Fire Games (Team Kelley-Masiello and Team James-Hamilton). Our crews had so much fun that they’re eager to practice some more! (read the captions on some of the photos).
We plan to practice again next Monday, August 11th beginning at 6pm. Other teams are welcome to practice with us; there’s a “home-field advantage” to be gained when you practice with the actual equipment that’s set aside for the competition.
