The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office has made two additional arrests in connection with the recent armed burglary in the Gritney community involving the theft of multiple firearms.
Jordan Campbell and John Gilbert were taken into custody and charged with Armed Burglary and Grand Theft of Firearms.
Through the course of the investigation, deputies and investigators have recovered several of the stolen firearms from multiple locations across county and state lines.
Sheriff John Tate commended the diligent efforts of the HCSO investigative team for their continued work in solving this case and recovering firearms that were spread across three counties and two states.
This case remains under investigation, and additional arrests may be forthcoming.
