Disturbance Call Leads to Drug Arrest
On June 15, 2025, Holmes County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a disturbance on PDL Springs Road. Upon arrival, deputies located a female juvenile lying in the middle of the road, visibly intoxicated.
Witnesses—and the juvenile herself—advised that April Jones had provided the alcohol to the juvenile earlier at PDL Springs.
Deputies located Jones a short time later and detained her. A search of her bag revealed multiple illegal substances, including: Psilocybin mushrooms, LSD (acid), Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Drug paraphernalia.
The juvenile was transported by EMS to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
April Jones was arrested and charged with: Possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms, Possession of LSD, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
