On June 11, 2026, deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a white van in Ponce de Leon being driven by Cody Williams.
During the stop, K-9 Delta was deployed and alerted to the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of approximately 50 grams of methamphetamine concealed inside a cigarette pack.
Williams was taken into custody and transported to the Holmes County Jail.
