On October 10, 2025, a Holmes County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a traffic stop in Bonifay on a vehicle driven by Frank Hillhouse of Panama City.
During the stop, K9 Timex was deployed to conduct a free air sniff of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of illegal narcotics.
A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a plastic bag containing methamphetamine located between the driver’s seat and the center console.
Hillhouse was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
