On May 5, 2026, deputies with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Jessica Gamache, with Tory Folsom as a passenger.
During the stop, K9 Timex was deployed to conduct a free-air sniff of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics. When deputies asked if there was anything illegal inside the vehicle, Folsom advised that she had methamphetamine in her bag.
A subsequent search revealed hypodermic needles containing methamphetamine, along with a baggie containing several grams of methamphetamine. Deputies also searched Gamache’s purse and located amphetamines.
Both subjects were arrested. Folsom was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Gamache was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
