Upon arrival, deputies observed a white male, later identified as Joshua Burdeshaw of Dothan, Alabama, passed out inside the vehicle. A computer check revealed that Burdeshaw had active felony warrants out of Geneva County, Alabama.
As deputies made contact and removed Burdeshaw from the vehicle, they located a glass methamphetamine pipe and a loaded syringe. Both items tested positive for methamphetamine.
Burdeshaw was placed under arrest and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a fugitive from justice.
