HCSO Arrests Restaurant Manager on Drug and Child Abuse Charges
On January 6, 2026, investigators with the HCSO received a complaint alleging that a manager of a local Bonifay restaurant was providing juveniles with oxycodone and marijuana. The complainant reported that the manager had supplied oxycodone pills and marijuana to juveniles.
Investigators conducted interviews with the involved juveniles and collected additional evidence during the investigation. The suspect was later confronted with the information obtained, including surveillance video. During the interview, the suspect admitted to providing oxycodone to a juvenile.
As a result of the investigation, arrest warrants were obtained for Kody White. White was taken into custody and charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Child Abuse.
