On April 14, 2026, HCSO Investigators responded to a residence on Carmichael Road in reference to a drug complaint. Upon arrival, investigators made contact with Philip Smith, who was located inside a shed on the property.
During the investigation, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia belonging to Smith were located. Smith was placed under arrest and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
