On May 11, 2025, Holmes County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Dollar General located on Highway 160 in reference to a subject refusing to leave the premises.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with Quincy Paul inside the store. Paul was escorted to his vehicle, where K-9 Timex conducted a free-air sniff around the exterior of the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotics.
A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed several baggies containing methamphetamine, along with a glass pipe commonly used for ingesting narcotics.
Quincy Paul was taken into custody and is being charged with:
Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
