On January 9, 2025, a Holmes County Sheriff’s Office deputy met with a victim regarding the theft of jewelry valued at approximately $20,000.
Through the investigation, it was determined that Tamara Green had stolen the jewelry and pawned the items at a pawn shop in Chipley. Investigators were able to recover the stolen property and subsequently obtained arrest warrants for Green.
Tamara Green was arrested in Okaloosa County on warrants for Grand Theft and Dealing in Stolen Property and is currently awaiting extradition back to Holmes County.
