Houston County, Alabama Sheriff’s Office Arrests Pastor Kenneth Glasgow for Practicing Law Without License

A Dothan pastor and civil rights activist turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest for practicing law without a license, according to the Houston County, Alabama Sheriff’s Office.

Kenneth Glasgow turned himself in on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 to Houston County Sheriff’s Deputies.

A warrant was issued for Glasgow’s arrest after he filed a motion on Monday to halt the Dothan City Municipal Elections.

Practicing law without a license is a misdemeanor in the state and is punishable with up to a $500 fine and 6 months in jail.
