Mann joined Innovations Financial Credit Union in 2018 and has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of the credit union’s mortgage lending program. Most recently serving as Mortgage Lending Manager, she has led the mortgage team with a focus on exceptional member service, operational excellence, and helping members achieve their dream of homeownership.
As Director of Mortgage Lending, Mann will continue leading the mortgage team while focusing on strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding lending experience for members throughout Northwest Florida.

Mann’s journey with Innovations began under memorable circumstances. Her first day with the credit union was scheduled for the week Hurricane Michael impacted Northwest Florida. Despite the challenges and uncertainty facing the community at the time, she quickly became a valued member of the Innovations team and has spent the years since helping countless members navigate one of life’s most important financial decisions.
Through her leadership, the mortgage department has continued to grow while maintaining a strong focus on personalized service and local expertise. Her commitment to both members and team members has helped strengthen the credit union’s reputation as a trusted mortgage lender throughout the communities it serves.
