On Monday, June 9, 2025, around 1:45 p.m., Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) deputies were patrolling Highway 90 in Sneads when they saw a vehicle with a seize tag order and conducted a traffic stop. When deputies made contact with the driver, Subrina Lindsey, they discovered that she did not have a valid driver’s license.
When deputies arrested Lindsey, she admitted that she had a methamphetamine pipe inside her vehicle. Deputies field tested the residue in the pipe and the test yielded positive results for the presence of methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Lindsey is being charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked Knowingly, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
