Born Monday, June 20, 1960 in Dunedin, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Campbell Carter and the late Emma Grace Hanks Carter.
Surviving is her sister, Wanda Carter of Largo, FL; 1 grand child, Noah Carter French.
A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Sims Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Campground Cemetery, Westville, FL with Sims Funeral Home directing.
